Ms. Sasha Skulsky is the Assistant Head of School, having joined Woodhall in 2021. A native of Nebraska, Sasha made her way to the East Coast as a boarding student at Oakwood Friends School. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bard College, and her M.S. in Human Services with a focus on Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. Sasha began her career as an independent school educator at Oakwood Friends, first as Assistant Director of Admission and then as Dean of Students and Residential Life. She went on to assume leadership positions in Student and Residential Life at two other small boarding schools, Ross School and West Nottingham Academy Most recently, she served as Dean of Residence Life at Solebury School. She has participated and presented extensively in professional development conferences and workshops at The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS), IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association), International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP), and Deans’ Roundtable. Also, she teaches Psychology and resides in Fleming House. She enjoys watching and playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, reading, and traveling.
