Tuition Assistance

The Woodhall School offers a discounted tuition rate to students based on financial need.

Discounts are made on a first-come, first served basis, so a timely application is important.

ONLINE:

1.  Go to www.solutionsbysss.com and click on LOG IN to start your application, using The Woodhall School Cde #902035.

2.  Click on the prompt to begin your Parent's Financial Statement (PFS).

3.  You will be given a username and password that will allow you to return to your PFS at a later date, if needed.  Your information is secure.

4.  Once your PFS has been received, you will receive instructions regarding submission of supporting documentation.

 


Tuition Assistance Program

The Woodhall School uses School and Student Services (SSS) to process our tuition assistance applications. SSS is a service of the National Association of Independent Schools. Based on the financial information you provide, SSS will provide us with an estimated amount that your family can contribute to educational expenses. This aids our school in making fair and objective tuition assistance decisions. To begin the application for tuition assistance for the upcoming academic year, please follow the steps below:

  1. As early as December 1st, please visit sssbynais.force.com to complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS).
  2. To begin you will need to create a username and password, this will provide you continued access to your PFS. Please be advised this is a secure site and your financial information will be protected.
  3. Woodhall requires that you submit the following supporting documents from all families for the past two years:
    1. Your completed tax returns: state and federal
    2. Include business tax returns if you own your own business
    3. All W-2’s
    4. 1099
    5. Mortgage Statement
    6. Be advised that you may be prompted for additional document

Instructions will be provided for how to upload the supporting documents or how to mail your information to School and Student Services (SSS). By applying online your information will be delivered accurately and quickly to our school, allowing us to make a more timely decision about your eligibility for tuition assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: Returning families are required to follow this application process as well. Tuition assistance is determined annually and for one year at a time.

In the case of separated or divorced parents, The Woodhall School requires a completed PFS from both legal guardians. If you would like to discuss your particular situation, please contact the admission office.
