CONDUCT & JUSTICE

Spring 2015 Day of Service

The iconic image of Lady Justice on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court is seen blindfolded, carrying a sword, and holding a scale. It purports that justice is blind and impartial, yet several would disagree. America has the greatest number of prisoners in the world – over 2 million. Several issues such as racism, solitary confinement, sexual assault, and prison privatization have intensified over the past decade. In May of 2015 students observed the different perspectives on how we see conduct and justice.
